Directions
From Wilmington: Take US-13 S to Middletown. Turn right on N Broad St. Gym is on the left.
From Dover: Take US-13 N to Middletown. Turn left on N Broad St. Gym is on the left.
Parking: Free parking lot on-site with 50+ spaces.
