Party & Event FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Popular dates fill up quickly!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free up to 2 weeks before your event, subject to availability.
Can adults climb at a kids' party?
Yes! Supervising adults can climb too. Adult climbers are $15 each for equipment rental and supervision.
Do you provide cake or can we bring our own?
You're welcome to bring your own cake and decorations. We can also arrange for custom cakes (additional fee).
What should guests wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing that allows movement. No jewelry or loose accessories. We provide all climbing equipment.
Is climbing safe for kids?
Absolutely! Our trained staff ensures all participants are properly supervised and follow safety protocols. Climbing is one of the safest adventure sports.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
Birthday parties: 8 minimum, 30 maximum. Corporate/school groups: 10 minimum, 100+ possible with exclusive rental.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes! Let us know about allergies or dietary restrictions when booking and we'll arrange appropriate catering options.
